The heart is your safe place. No one can hurt it. We are hurt when we take things personal, allowing the negative feelings get to us. Knowing, trusting and loving our self is the best preventative. The more we understand our self the easier it is to understand others.  Understanding keeps us a step ahead. Own yourself!

Positive life changes are guaranteed when you go into and live from within your Heart Space and follow its guiding impulses and impressions 24/7.

Your Heart is the vehicle for your soul and the doorway to your highest good.

The Light of your soul knows all your needs and true desires and will assist you in satisfying them.  You only need to desire life change and be trustingly receptive.

Use the following meditation to assist you in making decisions and creating positive life changes.

Close your eyes and take 3 slow deep easy breathes.

Breathe in the cleansing energy.  Out with the stressful energy

Sincerely ask the energies of the Most High to help you help you:

Help me to remove those obstacles, which keep me from being me.

I know I am to be sincere in my search, and I am.

I trust my inner voice and its connection to universal good.  I am pure in motive and purpose.

Heart Meditation

Your “I Am Awareness” where your answers are made known

Close your eyes and relax from within:

Focus on your Heart Area.

Feel your spirit, move downward into your heart space.

Feel your self totally inside.

Feel your self totally covered with the hearts energy as in a cozy blanket.

Look for the Light.  You may not see it but will sense it.

Feel the Light.

You are the Light.

Be the Light.

Connect a White Light Beam from your heart to your mind.

Radiate the Light through out your whole being.

This is your I Am Awareness, where your answers are made known.

For 10 minutes, Listen, watch and feel for direction and comfort.

                Gently come out when you are ready.

Send out positive energy where needed.

A QUICK CONNECT TO THE LIGHT:

I invoke the Light of my soul within. I am a clear and perfect channel.

The Light is my guide.

The, soul uses the Mind to interpret the emotions, by gathering information and placing, in understandable form, words, to be presented to heart for approval.

The soul then, presents this information to Heart for approval.  The heart will respond only through feelings.

If it feels right, in the heart space, it is to be accepted.  If nothing is felt, nothing is to be done at the moment.  If there is discomfort, seek the cause.  Ask Why!

If there is any feeling other than yes, the Mind knows it will have to continue gathering information until it is approved by Heart to be what the soul is trying to convey to us.

We have the free will to choose, to fix or not fix what works against our inner peace.

Life is about paying attention to what feels good and what does not.

I started, as with most all of my books, by opening “The Challenge for Discipleship” and see what was shown to me. It always answered some question that I had at the time. It is like being fed a nice meal. I read most of the book this way.

One day, from within, I felt the need to start from the beginning and read every word, skipping over what was not time for me to grasp. I finished the book.

Later, I met Torkom in person, and asked him what I was to do, to be more of service, a better person. He answered by suggesting that I read “The Challenge For Discipleship” word for word from the beginning and that if I had already read it, to read it again. I did read it again, every word once again and still refer to it often.

So I would suggest you feel from within where to start. Understand as much as you can and then ask!

In all of my down times, when I seem to have lost touch with my purpose, become confused, lacked direction, not sure if what I am doing is beneficial, etc. the teachings have given me the focus, inspiration, direction needed. It has helped me stay aware and attuned to my motive purpose and intention to serve myself and humanity, assisting Hierarchy to fulfill the Plan.

Sometimes we become overwhelmed with the task at hand and it causes us strain and confusion which, works against our higher motives, purpose and intention to promote the Higher Good.

If we could remember during those hard times to settle within our inward calm, where we are to walk with the energies of, the Highest, knowing we are always assisted and NEVER ALONE, we would feel so much more confident and secure in what we are directed to do or not do. This lessens the strain and confusion in the task of the moment. As we walk within, the awareness of who we are, what we are, where we are and why we are, is brought to our attention and this gives us the opportunity to know our self better and to gain the confidence, in applying our own individual uniqueness.  Your uniqueness is needed to be applied in this world.
